We also have sophisticated dresses for the mother of the bride or groom, bridesmaids and flower girls. We will ensure all the women in your bridal party match the theme of your wedding and coordinate for your photos. Our specialty is ensuring a perfect fit, which is why our talented dressmaker will consult with you in one of our two private consultation rooms.
You can choose from our ready-to-wear ranges or have custom-made dresses designed and created by our in-house production team. If you choose a wedding dress off the rack we can provide bridal alterations to ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout your big day. We also provide dress alterations for a variety of other evening dresses to ensure a form-fitting silhouette. You can take advantage of this service with our dressmaker even if you haven’t bought your dress from us.
We’ve dressed and styled wives and girlfriends of Geelong Cats’ players for the Brownlow medal with our red-carpet-ready Brownlow dresses and custom-design service. We have also helped many beauties achieve the wow factor with our pageant-appropriate gowns.

My sister got her debutante dress from Pearls and Roses Bridal and looked absolutely gorgeous. Not only was her ideas perfectly matched, but Karen was very positive and friendly and made the experience for my sister very enjoyable! X
Lovely staff snd lots of great dresses and accessories
Don't recommend for brides. I got to try on one dress and when I tried it on they told ME that was my dress. I'm pretty sure that's my decision but I asked to try on other dresses and they said no that's your dress. They wanted me to get a size that was massive for me and we're rude. I loved the dress but honestly the staff were so rude I didn't even want to deal with them and didn't appreciate them telling me what dress to get after only trying on one. It's not the experience soon to be brides should have. The ranges is tiny also.
Edit: Your response says it all. Clearly you didn't read my review as I said I was only allowed to try on one because I was told that was my dress even though I wanted to and asked to try on others. I had an appointment booked in well in advance so no I wasn't a walk in. You can be upset about the review but I have spoken to other people who also haven't had a pleasant experience. Maybe let the bride try on the dresses they want and actually let them pick the dress. The staff were far from lovely.

I truly can't thank the staff at Pearls & Roses Bridal enough for saving my wedding dress just two days before the big day! After a disappointing experience elsewhere, the staff stepped in at the last minute, immediately saw what needed fixing, and managed to completely transform the gown -- all in one day!
Their skill, attention to detail, and calming presence were exactly what I needed during such a stressful time. Not only did the staff fix the crooked stitching and poor fit from the previous alterations, but they made the dress perfect. I felt incredible walking down the aisle, and it's all thanks to them.
The owner of the business is an absolute miracle worker, and I would recommend her to any bride -- or anyone needing expert alterations. Professional, kind, and incredibly talented. A true gem!

I went to Pearl Rose Shopping to have a veil and a bow made. Karen spent time with me to design them, and I agreed to the plan. She said they would be ready in two weeks. However, when I got home, I changed my mind and immediately emailed the store (as they were already closed) to let them know.
To my surprise, I received a call early the next morning saying everything was already finished. I explained the situation again, and an appointment was made to discuss it. When I went in, I tried to explain what had happened, but Karen told me there would be no refund because the service was already done. She even said I was “lucky” they did it so quickly—completely ignoring my email.
I ended up leaving the veil there because I no longer wanted it. Karen was not understanding or helpful, and it felt like she didn’t care at all.
Very poor customer service. Would not recommend. Good luck if you choose to go there.

I just wanted to give Karen and everyone at Pearls and Roses Bridal a huge shout out! I brought my wedding dress into alterations in December 2024 which was purchased from a different bridal store and I was feeling very stressed out about getting it altered. I did not trust anyone and only wanted someone working on it who was an expert. I did not have the best experience in acquiring this dress and it needed to be altered fairly quickly, due to only having 6 or so weeks until my wedding, as well as the upcoming Christmas Period. Despite needing quite a bit of work, Karen was able put my mind at ease by completing my dress alterations within 2 weeks, prior to the Christmas period. Thank you for all the work that was done on my wedding dress, including all the little attachments and handles that made working with the train really manageable for my bridesmaids on the day! I was so impressed by the work that was done on my wedding dress that I brought back my bridal mini, my bridal shower dress and my bridesmaid's dress for minor alterations as well and it was all worth it because they all looked incredible. Highly recommend this very trustworthy alterations service for anyone looking for the very best in alterations.
